Clients and auditors ask for training records more than almost anything else. This matrix keeps them in one workbook and tells you what is coming due before it expires.
Enter courses with their renewal intervals, list your employees, and log each completion. Expiration dates and statuses calculate from today's date, and the matrix shows each person's status for each course in green, amber, or red.
Renewal intervals are included as examples. Confirm them against the regulations, certifying bodies, and client requirements that apply to your work.
